It is not lost on me that about two weeks ago I posted this image on my instagram page.
Now, I am one of the 276,480 diagnosed in 2020 with breast cancer.
I have a new team. An oncology team. I needed a new team, given the insanity of the last ten years of my life.
My advice is to quit drinking at least that last glass of wine and clean up your diet and beauty products. I learned this lesson too late and now my physical health is paying the price in the form of breast cancer.

If you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness.
